Mr. Richter is an arts & culture blog and podcast started with the goal of spreading inspiring content to those who are curious, in need of something new, or as in my case, always hungry for more. I hope you’ll find this a place to examine the fresh and noteworthy, honor the past, and with some luck anticipate the derivatives that are around the bend.

Mr. Richter is based in Seattle, with outposts in various Southern California hamlets. Mr. Richter is operated and maintained by me, Ryan Richter, a native San Diegan, whisperer of stringed instruments, teacher of things, lover of seersucker, Photoshop charlatan and perpetual fantasizer who when not blogging, can likely be found longing for warmer weather and legitimate Mexican Food.
